Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte created quite a stir on the internet when he asked people to guess the title of his next film which will be directed by Sriram Raghavan. While Radhika really wanted the title of the film to be Andheri, it's actually Andha Dhun. Ayushmann announced the title with a video on his Twitter. Well, now that the title is out, it's definitely going to make everyone who guessed feel like idiots because it was that simple. The actor put up a picture with two emojis next to each other, one with the monkey covering it's eyes and music notes.

Ayushmann wrote on Twitter, "Oh it's not easy when you have to match up to Sriram Raghavan's string of badass film titles but we all gave it a try! Presenting #AndhaDhun! http://bit.ly/AndhadhunTitle-Teaser … @andhadhunfilm @radhika_apte #Tabu #SriramRaghavan @Viacom18Movies @Matchboxpix @ZeeMusicCompany". The video has everyone from the set suggesting their favourite titles for the film and some of them are really funny. Radhika also mentioned that she wanted the name of the film to be Andheri since Varun Dhawan did one called Badlapur. Well, it does seem quite interesting and another music-based film from Ayushmann. We bet he is going to sing a couple of numbers in this one, too.

Here's what Ayushmann posted on Twitter.

Speaking about the film, director Sriram Raghavan told Mumbai Mirror, "We are punning with the title as Ayushmann plays a blind pianist. It goes well with the story too. We had a lot of options in our mind, including Shoot The Piano Player, but the producers weren’t keen on using an English title. I know the real word is ‘Andhadhund’, but the ‘D’ is silent for us. It’s actually closer to Johnny Gaddaar (his 2007 neo-noir thriller) with its quirky characters and a strong plot revolving around Ayushmann, Tabu and Radhika. Amit Trivedi has done the music, and this is the first time my characters will be lisping in the film." What are your thoughts on this? Tell us in the comments below and stay tuned with us for more.
