Vasan Bala, known for his critically acclaimed Peddlers, has made a very different 'superhero' film with The Man Who Feels No Pain (Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota). The movie stars actress Bhagyashree (Salman Khan's lead actress in Maine Pyar Kiya)'s son Abhimanyu Dassani, in his acting debut, and Radhika Madan in the lead, with Mahesh Manjrekar, Jimit Trivedi and Gulshan Devaiah in the supporting cast. If that is not an honour enough, The Man Who Feels No Pain has got a standing ovation after the screening and it has won Grolsch People's Choice Midnight Madness Award.
