Bum Bum Bole (Taare Zameen Par)

Aamir Khan as Ram Nikumb is by far the most loved on-screen teachers. Nikumb sir, as he is fondly called, made everyone laugh, cry and feel motivated-all at once! His opening scene in the film starts with this track itself, sung by Shaan. The song helps the audience with character development and what to expect from this fun and full-of-life teacher, ahead in the film.

Khol De Par (Hichki)

Rani Mukerji plays the role of a teacher named Naina Mathur. Even though she herself has Tourette syndrome, she turns out to be a source of inspiration for the underprivileged, deserving kids. In this song sung by Arijit Singh and Jasleen Royal, she is seen interacting with the kids but outside the classroom. The video shows how she won their confidence and interest and helps them experiment on their own. The song also shows how education is not just restricted to four walls.

Chak De (Chak De! India)

Shah Rukh Khan as hockey coach Kabir Khan is a darling of cinephiles. The actor perfectly fit in the shoes of the coach who is determined to make take Indian team of women's hockey team on the global map. The title track sung by Sukhwinder Singh shows his grit and dedication towards shaping up the young hockey players into world champions.

Aye Khuda (Paathshaala)

Shahid Kapoor plays an English teacher named Rahul Udyavar. He joins the teachers' faculty and soon becomes the students' favourite teacher. Apart from teaching the regular syllabus, he also involves his students in the extracurricular activities. This song sung by Samil Merchant is one of the tracks which is like a bonding session between him and his friends. From playing songs for the kids to teaching them the beauty of literature and games, the song portrays the various shades of the character.
