When everything was a lie, why should I be angry? He further called those things "old" and said that there's no use talking about it now. He said, "I know the truth that I didn't do anything." Then he suddenly took a u-turn & apologised half-heartedly." She further asked him what took his six years to respond to the allegations. She then addressed why and said, "I tell u why...because he knows that I may be contemplating another FIR on Nana for conspiracy to murder, criminal intimidation & threat, stalking and causing physical harm."

She further added, "Nana Patekar is a pathological liar. Every director he has ever worked with has a story to tell about his manipulative & abusive behaviour on set. So all of them are liars, too? If he can slap and hit directors, then misbehaviour with women is no big deal for him, don't you think?" Dutta even claimed that veteran actress Dimple Kapadia had once called Nana Patekar "obnoxious" in one of her interviews. Nana Patekar Advocates 50 Per cent Increase in Crop Prices, Emphasises Farmers' Welfare Through NDA-Opposition Collaboration (Watch Video).
