Once again, we are back to the viral videos of Taimur Ali Khan. Okay, first of all, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan's boy is really adorable. His expressions, his cute antics are worth a look, agreed. However, there are some things that almost every kid does like laughing, crying, playing and other such babyish things. Then why is this video of Taimur Ali Khan playing with Ranvijay Singha's daughter Kainaat, going viral like crazy? Also, since when did two kids playing started getting termed as a 'play date'. Did you go on a 'play date' when you were a kid?

So, if you are not getting hold of the context of what are we saying, there is this video of Taimur Ali Khan playing with Kainaat. He is seen playing on a see-saw, blowing bubbles with a play-gun, which is as NORMAL as breathing. There's nothing unusual about it, neither does it fall into the 'news-maker' category. But then, these videos are going viral.

There are two sides of a coin. Firstly, let's talk about the media that gives us Taimur-Updates incessantly. The headlines and the over exaggeration of every 'normal' thing that Taimur does is something that is alarming. Rightly, they are getting bashed. But the other side of the coin is: Why is the media compelled to cover these petty things? In this case, the playing video went viral first on social media like wild fire, which made news websites take notice of what's actually happening out there. Somehow, that's what everyone wants to see. And if that's the case, why not cover the story? At least, that will give them views!

These are the two sides and none of it is right or wrong. But then again, as Saif Ali Khan said in one of his interviews, "I know a lot is written about Taimur. I too enjoy it sometimes, but I do not like making gods out of children." Time to agree with Saif and not try to make Gods out of the kids. Please, let's give these little kids a break and not hound them.
