The tension between India and Pakistan is mounting and we cannot help but wonder what is wrong with everyone, especially on Twitter. Instead of asking for peace, a lot of them are promoting war and social media is one of the main platforms for the same. Pakistani actress Veena Malik recently tweeted about the Indian IAF pilot who is currently held captive by the Pakistan army. Veena took to social media to comment on the same and said, "Abhi Abhi Tu Ayo Ho...Achi Mehmaan Nawazi Ho GI Aap Ki," sharing a photo of him. It is indeed shocking to see Veena take such an issue that's currently so sensitive so lightly. #BringBackAbhinandan: Amitabh Bachchan Salutes the IAF Pilot and Prays For His Safe Return.
Taking to the same social media platform, Swara Bhasker slammed Veena and said, "Veena ji.. Shame on you & ur sick mindset. Your glee is just gross! Our officer is a hero- brave, gracious & dignified in the face of capture. At least some decency from that major in you army who was questioning #WingCommanderAbhinandan or the many Pakistanis suing 4 peace #sick." She was obviously attacked by several trolls on Twitter, one of which tweeted to her saying, "Yeh lo..." Swara lashed out, "Ji. Aapkey jaisey tang aur ghatiya soch waaley log us taraf bhi hain. Kaafi similarities hain aap dono mein! Aur Ramesh ji, aap Bhartiya Sena mein bharti kyun nahi huey?????"
