Super 30 directed by Vikas Bahl is having a golden run at the Indian box office. The movie has not only broken records in India but it has also surpassed the Rs 200 crore mark at the worldwide box office. Starring Hrithik Roshan in the lead along with Mrunal Thakur, the biographical drama released last month on July 12 and took everyone by surprise with its performance at the domestic box office. Currently, the movie is in its fifth week and is also eyeing to beat Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy in the box office race. As for the figures, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter a while back and announced the updated collection saying, "#Super30 [Week 5] Fri 56 lacs. Total: ₹ 141.80 cr. India biz."
Further, Boxofficeindia.com has stated in its report, "Super 30 is maintaining its steady run on its fifth Friday with collections of 55-60 lakhs nett. It will be a shortened week due to the new releases coming on Thursday but still, the film should be able to cross 145 crore nett by the end of the week." On Thursday, Akshay Kumar's multi-starrer Mission Mangal is releasing in Theatres along with John Abraham's much-awaited film Batla House. Since both the movies have generated good pre-release buzz and excitement amongst the audience, it's very much likely that all the Bollywood and Hollywood films currently running in cinema halls will take a big hit at the box office.
