Karenjit Kaur, whom we better know as Sunny Leone, is having a biopic made on her life, and interestingly, Sunny play herself in the movie. Titled Karenjit Kaur - The Untold Story of Sunny Leone, the movie shows her life from being born in a normal Sikh family to being one of the most popular porn stars around the world to finally entering Bollywood and making a successful career ahead. The actress has headed to South Africa to begin shooting for the movie.

While Sunny might be playing herself, same is not the case with her husband Daniel Weber. Weber has no interest in playing himself for the big screen, instead wanting to observe from behind the ropes. Speaking to Mid-Day, Weber said, "I gave it a thought initially. But I felt it would be better if I could use my time more efficiently working on the things I do on a day-to-day basis with our companies. I thought it wouldn't be a great idea to commit 60-90 days of shooting, when I have so many other things to handle." Daniel Weber had earlier played a small part in Sunny Leone's Beiimaan Love.

So to play his role, the makers have chosen Marc Buckner, a South African actor. Talking about this development, Weber said,"The team did look tests and screen tests in Cape Town, and roped in Marc. Right now, Marc is trying his best to understand the script. A major part of his work includes dialogue training. Funnily, he is trying to ape my tattoos as well. Sunny understands what the camera wants and what the audience will enjoy in a character. To get better insight, Marc sits with Sunny Leone every day before each scene to understand our dynamics as a couple. All I asked of him was to be confident on screen."

Earlier in a statement about the production of the movie, Sunny Leone revealed, "It has been a very hectic year for me and that is exactly what I had been looking for. This is one of the best years of my life. I am currently heading to South Africa for the shoot of my biopic, and all excited to reunite with the team there."
