Sunny Leone and Siddhanth Kapoor Help Kerala Flood Victims, Actors Sponsor 1200 Kg of Rice and Dal
The initiative was started by Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhanth, and Sunny and Daniel joined him in this noble cause.
Kerala floods have created havoc in the beautiful state leading to destruction of human life, animals and even infrastructure. The heavy downpour led to releasing of filled dams and the rest is history. While a huge force is already out to help out the flood victims, the whole nation too is chipping in for them. People from various states are contributing to Kerala Flood Relief Fund including Bollywood celebs. Recently, actress Sunny Leone too contributed along with husband Daniel Weber and actor Siddhanth Kapoor . The stunning actress sponsored 1200 Kg of rice and dal and the gesture is truly applaud worthy.
The 37-year-old diva shared a picture of the sacks of grains set to be sent to the those in need. The initiative was started by Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhanth, and Sunny and Daniel joined him in this noble cause.
She wrote a heartwarming message that reads as, 'Today @dirrty99 and I hopefully will able to feed a few of the many people in Kerala that need a warm meal with 1200kg’s (1.3tons) of rice and daal. I know it’s not a dent in what actually needs to be sent and I wish I could do more. Humanity at its finest @_prat @suved @siddhanthkapoor the men that arranged an amazing event at “B” in Juhu to bring help to those in need! You guys are so amazing!'
Earlier, B-town celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vidya Balan, Sunny Leone, Utkarsh Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Ranbir Kapoor to name a few, also did their own bit for the flood victims.
SRK's Meer Foundation donated hefty amount of Rs 51 lakhs for the people in Kerala. On the other hand, debutant and Genius actor Utkarsh gave away his first pay cheque for them. It's beautiful to see how people are lending the helping hands and we hope that the state heals soon.
