Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma, who are gearing up for their upcoming release Sui Dhaaga – Made in India on September 28, 2018, are on a promotional spree. From promoting the film on various reality TV shows to initiating the #suidhaagachallenge, the actors are making the most of electronic media I must say. As we know, Varun and Anushka called upon their B-town friends to join the #suidhaagachallenge and post a video of them threading a needle within ten seconds. Well, after Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, now Dance Deewane (dance reality TV show) judges Madhuri Dixit, Tushar Kalia and Shashank Khaitan accept the #suidhaagachallenge.

Just an hour ago, Shashank took to the photo sharing app and posted a video, where the three of them are seen threading a needle. While Madhuri and Tushar were struggling to complete the challege, Shashank made it within ten seconds. He wrote on Instagram, "#SuiDhaagaChallenge ... @varundvn @anushkasharma ... winning is not important participating is ... BUT I WON ... @madhuridixitnene @thetusharkalia ... i nominate @janhvikapoor for the challenge" As we see in the video, Madhuri challenges her friend and veteran actor Anil Kapoor, Tushar and Shashank nominates the Kapoor siblings Arjun Kapoor and (Bollywoods new face) Janhvi Kapoor respectively.

As reality TV shows have now become a common platform for stars to promote their upcoming releases, Varun and Anushka will now be seen in Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati 10. Reportedly, the actors visited the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati to promote their upcoming film Sui Dhaaga; The shooting has already taken place and the episode will go on air at 9 pm today. Reports also suggests that the actors will be joined by philanthropist Padma Shri Sudha Varghese on the show.

Sui Dhaaga – Made in India is one of the most anticipated films of 2018. Helmed by Dum Laga Ke Haisha’s Sharat Katariya, Sui Dhaga is a story of a couple Mamta (played by Anushka) and Mauji (played by Varun), who stay in the heart of the rural homelands. The film is based on the Make in India campaign, and aims at promoting the country's indigenous textile industries. Besides, Anushka and Varun, the film also features Raghubir Yadav, Namit Das and Govind Pandey in pivotal roles. Watch this space for further updates.
