This year, we are going to see a new batch of 'students' graduating from Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Student of the Year 2, the sequel to the 2012 hit Student of the Year, is in the making. Directed by Punit Malhotra, the movie stars Tiger Shroff in the lead and is introducing two debutantes in Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria as the female leads. Tara Sutaria is a popular face on Disney India channel while Ananya Panday is the daughter of actor Chunkey Pandey.

The makers of Student of the Year 2 have released three new motion posters of the film, featuring all the lead actors. For each of the lead, there is a description or video that suits his or her character. While Tiger Shroff's character is served by his wall-jumping, Tara and Ananya's characters get special captions. For Ananya, the caption describes her character as 'Hey, turn back because you'd wanna look at this girl again and again'. As for Tara, she is 'Damn, she got them looks and is ready to slay the big screens!'

As per certain reports, the premise of the movie is about how the girls will be competing against each other to win the hero's heart. Many are already saying that SOTY 2 is already giving out Kuch Kuch Hota Hai vibes. The cast and the crew have recently completed a schedule in Mussoorie and is now heading to Pune for a month-long schedule. Student Of The Year 2 is scheduled to release on November 23.
