Stree 2 is all set to take a bumper opening at the box office, and quite possibly, this horror-comedy could be the biggest Bollywood hit of 2024. The sequel to the 2018 hit Stree, this Amar Kaushik-directorial brings back the main cast of the original film, which includes Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana and Pankaj Tripathi. There is also Tamannaah Bhatia in a special appearance that includes a couple of scenes apart from her item song in "Aaj Ki Raat". However, there are two more big cameos in the film that, unfortunately, got leaked online once Stree 2 began its night preview shows on August 14. ‘Stree 2’ Movie Review: A Stellar Rajkummar Rao and a ‘Massy’ Shraddha Kapoor Are Electrifying Together in This ‘Laughs & Spooks’-Packed Sequel.

One of the cameos is played by Varun Dhawan, reprising his role of the werewolf Bhasker from the 2022 film Bhediya. The other cameo would be a surprise for those viewers who don't rigidly follow Bollywood gossip. Akshay Kumar has a two-scene cameo in Stree 2, one of which comes at a crucial juncture in the film, brings in laughs and gives important information. His second appearance in Stree 2 teases a major development for Maddock Supernatural Universe.

Sadly, these cameos have leaked online, thus spoiling the surprises for those who haven't watched the movie yet. Check out the screenshots of the posts that are posting clips of the cameos on X.

Funnily, Khel Khel Mein, which has Akshay Kumar in a proper lead, is also releasing on the same day as Stree 2, and his movie could be obliterated at the box office by Stree 2's over-dominance in theatres.
