Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan, is set to make his directorial debut with the web series Stardom. The series is expected to feature a star-studded cast, including Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Karan Johar, Mona Singh and more. According to recent reports from News18, Salman Khan has also been roped in to appear in one of the episodes. A source was quoted as saying, “Aryan has roped in Salman Khan to grace one of the episodes of his series. The actor has already wrapped up filming his part. While both the superstars will most probably not be sharing screen space in the show, it will definitely be exciting for both of their fans to see their favourite stars collaborate on the former’s son’s debut project.” The source also added, “The source further adds, “It was a no-brainer for Salman when he was offered a cameo in Stardom. Salman shares a great bond with Shah Rukh and his family. Stardom is expected to consist of six episodes, with an official announcement yet to be made. In a previous appearance on David Letterman’s talk show, Shah Rukh Khan shared that Aryan was not interested in acting but showed a passion for writing and filmmaking.  He was quoted as saying, “He (Aryan) doesn’t have what it takes to be an actor and he realises that too but he’s a good writer... I think wanting to be an actor has to come from within. Something you need to do and find a set of skills that helps you do it and learn it.
