Sridevi’s mysterious death in a bath tub in Dubai led the entire nation into a state of shock. The legendary actress had flown down to UAE for a family wedding and the pictures were circulating on social media. However, on a fateful morning, the news broke and Bollywood lost the superstar overnight. However, their have been several theories being framed regarding her death. Despite the clean forensic reports, some of them are still claiming that it was a murder and not an accident. A retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ved Bhushan, who also a private investigation agency (PI) in Delhi, has confidently stated that Sridevi’s death on 24 February 2018, was a planned murder.

The ex-cop was quoted saying, “It’s very easy to put someone in bathtub forcefully until victims breathing stops without leaving evidence of the crime, and then label it as an accidental death. This looks like a planned murder,” reports the Free Press Journal. He refuses to believe the forensic reports that stated that the traces of alcohol were found in her body, proving it as an accident.

To further investigate in the case, Bhushan also visited Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. However, the staff of the hotel did not permit him to stay or visit the suite where Sridevi and Boney Kapoor stayed at the time of actress’ death. Bhushan then, stayed in a room adjacent to hers and tried to recreate the entire scene. However, unhappy with the result, he added, “Sridevi died mysteriously and questions need to be answered, some questions posed after her death were relevant and logical. We felt something was hidden.” There has been no word from the Kapoor family on this development yet. We wonder when this curious case of Sridevi’s death will get over.
