Sridevi is no more! Evergreen Bollywood actress Sridevi passed away on February 25 after suffering a massive cardiac arrest in Dubai. She was 54 years old. According to leading magazine, Filmfare, Sridevi who had gone to attend a family wedding with husband Boney Kapoor and her younger daughter Khushi in Dubai passed away. The news of Sridevi’s death has left her fans and loved ones in a state of shock. It is almost unbelievable for fans to digest the fact that the gorgeous veteran actor is not among them.

According to media reports, well-wishers are rushing to Sridevi’s house in Mumbai to be by her elder daughter Janhvi’s side. Janhvi Kapoor had not gone for the wedding due to her shooting schedule of debut movie Dhadak. When the news of Sridevi’s death first emerged, her die-hard fans prayed hard to let it turn out to be one of those crude death hoaxes, but it has turned out to be for real. She suffered such an attack that all efforts to revive her failed with Sridevi succumbing to it.

Sridevi who was last seen in Mom in 2017 was in Dubai attending Mohit Marwah and Antara Motiwala’s wedding. The entire Kapoor clan along with several other Bollywood celebrities were also in attendance. One is still in disbelief about Sridevi leaving the mortal world behind. We saw her gracing the wedding ceremony with her daughter Khushi and days later, the actress is no more with us.

Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to share their shock and grief over the actor’s death. Nimrat Kaur writes, “Absolutely devastated to hear about the passing of #Sridevi. What a dark black terrible moment in time. Gutted.” Riteish Deshmukh tweeted, "Terrible terrible news.... Am shocked beyond words. SRIDEVI ji No More ...RIP". Former beauty queen and Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen writes, "I just heard Ma’am Sridevi passed away due to a massive cardiac arrest. I am in shock...cant stop crying..." This is indeed a very tough time for Sridevi's family. May God give her family the courage and strength to bear the loss. Our heartfelt condolences for the family. May her soul rest in peace.
