Sridevi No More: Ekta Kapoor Blasts Trolls For Blaming Her Demise on 'Surgeries'

When a celeb dies an untimely demise, there are bound to be speculations and theories. And Twitter is the best (or the worst) place to discuss all these. Even the sad unfortunate passing away of the screen legend Sridevi was also not bereft of these speculations. Sridevi had passed away on Saturday night with the official reason being declared massive cardiac arrest. However that hasn't stopped the trolls from making their own theories as to why Sridevi died.
One of their major speculations is accredited to the alleged surgeries that Sridevi has undergone to improve her physical appearance. This was something even a popular author and columnist had tweeted out, before she deleted the tweet.
However this has not gone down well with Sridevi's fans and admires, who have slammed such 'conspiracy theorists' for defaming the late actress. Primary amongst those, was producer Ekta Kapoor, who tweeted out, “Evil ones pls realise one percent ( as fwded as my doc told me) of the epopulation can have a cardiac arrest without any heart condition or any kind of surgery! It’s destiny not how evil rumour mongers portray!!!'' What Ekta said is true, as it is not necessary for a person to suffer from heart ailments previously to have cardiac arrest.
Last reported, the UAE officials have completed the autopsy on Sridevi's body. However, there is a delay in getting the post-mortem report from the police, following only which her mortal remains will be flown back to India. There is a special chartered flight arranged to do so. The funeral details will be updated once the flight arrives back in Mumbai.
Meanwhile celebs have been pouring down at Anil Kapoor's residence to offer their condolences to the family. Sridevi's husband and Anil's elder brother, Boney Kapoor is presently in Dubai.
