Akshay Kumar is busy shooting for the cop drama, Sooryavanshi. The movie is being directed by Rohit Shetty and is intended to be a part of his cop universe which includes, Simmba and Singham. A new still of Akshay shooting for the action film has surfaced on the internet and fans are loving it. Although, we have our reservations if traffic police are going to appreciate the picture just as much. You see, Akshay is riding a bike and zooming past cars in the new still WITHOUT A HELMET. Akshay is shooting for Sooryavanshi on the streets of Bangkok. The actor loves to perform his own stunts and that is something we know about him since the '90s. We are looking forward to this bike stunt as well, which looks like a chase sequence. We hope there were safety measures put into place for this scene. “I always have a lot of fun doing my own stunts. Rohit is anyway a class apart when it comes to action in his films. And doing these bike stunts on the streets of Bangkok was extra special," Akshay said in a statement.

Life has sort of come a full circle for Akshay. He used to work as a food delivery boy in Thailand before he became an actor.  “Many years back I would ride a bike in Bangkok to deliver food. Now I am doing the same all over again, to earn my food,” Akshay's statement read.

Sooryavanshi stars Katrina Kaif as the female lead. She will be reuniting with the actor after a long time. The two were last seen together shaking a leg to Sheila Ki Jawaani in Tees Mar Khan. Rumour has it that Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn will reprise their roles from the movies, Simmba and Singham, respectively.
