Abhishek Chaubey’s film Sonchiriya starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead, released on March 1. Even though the film opened to positive responses from fans and critics, it has not had a great collection at the box office. Amidst such low performance at the ticket windows, it is now reported that there are few theatres that are releasing a dubbed version of the action drama. And Sushant has raised concern about it and shared it on his social media handle. Sushant Singh Rajput has cleared the air stating he has not dubbed in any other language or for any other version of Sonchiriya other than the original dialect. Apparently, few theatres are playing the dubbed version of Sonchiriya which is not the same as the original version. Sushant has requested his fans to bring to his notice about the theatres that are playing a different version of the film. Sonchiriya also features Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles. The film produced by Ronnie Screwvala, minted Rs 8 crores on the first day but couldn’t manage to pull up the bar on the second day. It could garner barely Rs 3 crores on day two of its release.
