We love the fact that Sonam K Ahuja often forgets to turn on the filter when she talks. But sometimes, while doing so, she becomes the brand ambassador of the hashtag #TMI. Especially for brother, Harshvardhan Kapoor. The poor chap must still be reeling over the fact that his sister read out a text sent to him, asking him to use protection with his girlfriend, on air. And here she is...once again giving us gossipy deets of his dating life. Sonam was on the new show, Feet Up With The Stars, where she talked about her brother's dating preferences once again.
Karan Johar might have given birth to the biggest monster when he invented the controversial Rapid Fire for his own chat show, Koffee with Karan. Taking the same route, Feet Up With The Stars host, Anaita Shroff Adajania, asked Sonam to quickly take a name she would associate with certain words. For instance, Sonam said, "Mr Congeniality" was KJO. Well, there is no surprise there. When asked to name a "serial dater", the actress responded by betraying her own brother's trust and naming him. Sisters never know how to play it cool. Do they? So, Harshvardhan Kapoor is a serial dater! An interesting peg to keep a track of. Thanks, Sonam.
This won't be the first time Sonam has put the spotlight on her brother's dating life. Last year, on another chat show, No Filter Neha, the actress talked about Harshvardhan's dating woes at length. "He has terrible taste in women. I never say this to him directly. He has decided he does not want to date girls who are like Rhea and me," she revealed. Harshvardhan wishes it ended there but Sonam went on to read out texts from her phone she had sent to him, which includes the infamous "We hope you re using protection".
Other texts were, "She's sweet but tacky", "Not bad, but you can do better" and "Why do you have such bad taste in women?". Ouch!
