Sonali Bendre is the ultimate example of bold and beautiful. She's a fighter who has been undergoing cancer treatment in New York but has not once let her illness take over her spirit. Time and again, she continues to put up inspirational posts on her social media accounts and encourages others to stay calm and strong. In her latest Instagram post, the diva has thanked her hairstylist and wigmaker Bok-Hee for engaging her in various looks that make her a different person with each look.

Bok-Hee has previously worked with Olivia Munn and Priyanka Chopra. Two of PeeCee's iconic looks from her Hollywood red carpet with striking hairdos have been courtesy Bok-Hee. The looks we're talking about are PeeCee at the MET Gala in 2017 when she first met Nick Jonas and her look at the recent MET Gala 2018 where she had a hijab for a hairdo. We're left to assume that perhaps it was Chopra who suggested Bok-Hee's name to Sonali for her needs.

On her Instagram, while thanking her hairstylist and wigmaker, Sonali captioned her picture, "Sometimes, in the most unlikely of circumstances, you meet the most amazing people... someone who meets you as a stranger but very quickly becomes a friend. One such person is @bokheehair, genius hairstylist and wigmaker. She has been absolutely amazing; indulging me with various looks... short hair or long hair. She’s been so understanding, supportive and empathetic throughout it all. Thank you so so much Bokhee, I can’t tell you how much our sessions together mean to me. You truly are an angel. #SwitchOnTheSunshine 🌞🤞🙏"

Before choosing between sporting a bald look and wearing a wig, Sonali unabashedly spoke her mind out and wrote, “Vanity is my favourite sin,” Sonali opened her post with an Al Pacino quote. “Well, it might not be my all-time favourite sin (that would be gluttony), but who doesn’t like looking good?”

She further added, “The way we look has a profound psychological impact on us... A little vanity here and there does no one any harm. It’s important to do what makes you happy, even if it’s something as simple as wearing a wig, bright red lipstick, high heels.... All that white noise doesn’t make a difference in the larger picture. No one can tell you what’s right or wrong for you.”
