After Shah Rukh Khan's Zero, another big-budget film is releasing this month. Simmba, starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in the lead,  is arriving in theatres tomorrow, December 28. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the action drama is a typical masala entertainer with over-the-top action, humour, romance, and a fresh jodi. Since Sara managed to impress everyone with her debut film Kedarnath, expectations are obviously high from her second film. Also, the fact that her co-star Ranveer has had a good run at the box office in the last few years and is currently in great form acting wise,  its quite likely that the two will set the screen on fire with their performances. Simmba Movie: Review, Box Office Collection, Budget, Story, Trailer, Music of Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Rohit Shetty Film.

So does that mean Simmba will get cash registers ringing from the word go? Well, we spoke to film exhibitor and distributor Akshaye Rathi about the film's box office fate and he said, "Simmba looks like a sure shot power hit film which will do well at the box office and could very well become one of the highest grossing films of this year. It's a Rohit Shetty film and he really understands his audience well and caters to them accordingly."

And what about the opening day collection? Will Simmba surpass the first-day collection of SRK starrer Zero? Rathi said, " The film should collect a bare minimum of Rs 25 crore plus on its first day. And if everything works out then the collections will easily go over Rs 30 crore. While the stage is set for Simmba to rule the box office, we'll have to wait till tomorrow to see if the film actually turns out to be a crowd puller or not. With Zero struggling to mint money at the BO, one thing is for sure - Ranveer and Sara's film will pretty much have a smooth ride at the ticket windows.
