Simmba Box Office Collection Day 7: Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan's Film Crosses the Rs 150 Crore Mark

For all Ranveer Singh fans, it is a really great day today. The teaser or rather announcement video of his upcoming film, Gully Boy has been revealed today and Ranveer's rapping skills are winning over the internet. And on the same day, his last film, Simmba has crossed another milestone at the box office. It has become Ranveer Singh's first solo film to gross more than Rs 150 crore at the box office. Needless to say, the man is on fire! Ranveer Singh's Transformation From Khilji to Simmba to Gully Boy Has Left Fans Flabbergasted!

As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Simmba has made Rs 150.81 crore in just seven days. The movie is still registering double digits even on the weekends. If this trend continues, then Simmba can easily earn more than Rs 200 crore at the box office by the end of this week. There are no major Bollywood releases this week, with only two big competitors being from Hollywood in Bumblebee and Mary Poppins Returns. Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan Starrer Simmba to Have a Sequel?

Simmba marks the fourth Rs 100 crore grosser for Ranveer Singh, after Padmaavat, Bajirao Mastani and Gunday. It is also director Rohit Shetty's eighth Rs 100 crore grosser, after Chennai Express, Golmaal Again, Singham Returns, Dilwale, Golmaal 3, Bol Bachchan and Singham. And yes, it is also Sara Ali Khan's first Rs 100 crore hit after having made her debut with Kedarnath a couple of weeks back.
