Shraddha Kapoor, who is riding high on the success of her recent release 'Stree', is overwhelmed with the kind of love the film is receiving. While Stree is doing great at the box-office, the actress is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming socially relevant film, Batti Gul Meter Chalu, opposite Shahid Kapoor. So far, Shraddha has enjoyed a decent career graph at the box office. Talking about her recent choice of films in a recent media event, the actress opened up about her fallout with YRF.

Talking about 'there being a tiff between Shraddha Kapoor and YRF head honcho Aditya Chopra', the actress said, "There might be a lot of speculations about this but I want to say he is one of the most important persons in my life. He is one person, who believed in me when nobody believed in me," further adding, "I did one film with them, so, that was pretty much what it was. And I think that whatever has happened in my career, the ups and downs, hits and misses, I take full responsibility for it."

The actress also went on to add, "It's not a yes or a no answer. Aditya Chopra believed in me when nobody did after Teen Patti. Apart from Aditya Chopra, if someone has believed in me, it has to be Mohit suri. Both of them offered me movies when nobody wanted to cast me. When I gave so many auditions and I was cast for films, I was replaced in them. Imagine, during this time if someone comes to you and offers you a film and says 'I believe in you', it's a very big deal. Also, I really hope that Aditya Chopra offers me another film."

Shraddha also said, "Whenever my films have done really well, he has never failed to message and congratulate me." Helmed by Shree Narayan Singh, Batti Gul Meter Chalu is slated to release on September 21, 2018. On the professional front, Shraddha has quite a few films in her kitty. The actress, who debuted to the film Aashiqui 2, made a special identity for herself in the industry. Shraddha will be seen in trilingual action film 'Saaho. Watch this space for further updates.
