Mumbai, June 16: Filmmaker Shirish Kunder, took a lighthearted jibe at LG electronics at the cost of the ongoing tussle between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. The tweet, which the filmmaker made to inquire the whereabouts of an LG (Electronics) service center in Delhi was cleverly framed and generated fair bit of humour on the micro blogging site.

It is important to know the context to get the joke. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been sitting on a dharna or a sit-in protest along with his other minsters from Monday at the Lieutenant Governor's office. The Governor, not the one to budge, has decided to work from his office and has avoided the office from Monday.

So effective was the filmmaker's tweet , that the twitter handle of LG Electronics responded immediately to help Kunder. He deleted the tweet later but here is the screenshot of what he wrote:

Soon after this tweet, LG responded in a tweet saying, "We regret the inconvenience caused. Please DM us your contact details so that we can assist you shortly." He deleted the tweet but thanked the company for prompt response:

This made Twitter users burst out in a healthy laugh and some reacted their own way with the general consensus being that LG Electronics fell for the joke. Seems that the Delhi CM- LG feud is making people laugh and wonder at the situation at the same time.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is on a dharna at L-G Anil Baijal's office, said on Friday that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will launch a massive door-to-door signature campaign from Monday to press their demands to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to end IAS officers’ strike, approve door to door delivery of ration and grant full statehood to Delhi. More than 10 lakh letter signed by the general public will be sent to the Prime Ministers office, Kejriwal said in a video released by AAP on Friday.
