Kothari said that in 2015, he learned that Satug Gold had discontinued the scheme, leading him to demand his money. However, they failed to deliver him the gold as promised earlier in the scheme. Session Court Judge NP Mehta has directed the police to investigate the dealer's allegation. Further, if the allegations are proven correct, an FIR should be registered under all necessary sections, and a thorough investigation into the matter should be made.
