Shahid Kapoor made it quite evident on Koffee With Karan 6 that he did have a problem with not just Sanjay Leela Bhansali but the entire star cast of Padmaavat including Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. In fact, he even made it quite clear that he would prefer to not work with either Deepika or Ranveer ever again. It so happened that during that Rapid Fire round, Karan Johar asked Shahid who was a better co- star among Saif Ali Khan and Ranveer Singh. Considering how awkward it must've been to be starred opposite his ex- wife's husband, we thought he'd obviously choose the latter. But much to our surprise, Shahid actually chose Saif over Ranveer. Karan also asked Shahid Who among Alia Bhatt and Deepika was a better co- star and without even thinking twice, he said, "Alia". Doesn't that clearly make it evident that he has no intentions of working with DeepVeer anytime soon? Koffee With Karan 6: 3 Times Ishaan Khatter ALMOST Confessed About Dating Janhvi Kapoor.

Padmaavat went through turbulent waters when the reports of Shahid Kapoor having issues with Ranveer Singh getting more screen time than him came out. When Karan Johar brought up the topic and asked him about the same, the actor said, "It (Padmaavat) was a big film. The stakes were very high for everybody. Every one wanted to have their A- game on, everybody was doing everything to be the centre of limelight." He continued, "I'm sure everybody felt threatened by each other at some point in time... I wouldn't say it was a smooth ride where we were all throwing love at each other, but looking back, its an amazing film and i am glad i did the film." Shahid Kapoor Opens About His RIFT With Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali; Says He Wished Padmaavat Was "More Balanced In It's Screen Time".

During the Rapid Fire round, Shahid also revealed how he wished Padmaavat was "more balanced in its screen time" for him. That's a clear indication of how Sasha feels about his Padmaavat co- stars and we think it is unlikely that his opinion is going to change about them in the near future. In any case, we wish him and everyone else who was associated with Padmaavat good luck!
