From the time that the trailer came out, Zero is facing one legal issue to another. When the trailer came out, a Sikh community head filed a complaint against the makers for insulting the sentiments of their community. Apparently, there was a kirpan shown in the film which the makers insist that it was a normal dagger. Now Zero has found itself in another hot bowl of soup after a fresh complaint was filed against the film. This time the reason is for insulting physically disabled women in the movie. As per a report in CNN, a complaint has been registered with the National Commission for Women (NCW) against the makers of Zero for 'making outrageous, cheap, insensitive remarks and insulting physically disabled women (community)'. This has perhaps to do with Anushka Sharma's character, who is playing a paraplegic scientist in the film and is a love interest of Shah Rukh Khan's character, who himself is playing a vertically challenged man. While the trailer never hinted about any insult to the character, someone definitely felt so. It has to be seen what action NCW will take against Zero.
