The real success of any Bollywood movie is determined by its box office collections. Apart from the film's content, the box office collection is considered one of the most important aspects. Previously, it was considered a mark of respect when movies entered the Rs 100 crore club in India, but now we have films breaching the Rs 300 Crore-Rs 400 Crore- 500 Crore marks within the same year. Recently Gadar 2, directed by Anil Sharma, grossed more than Rs 400 crore at the Indian box office. This comes the very same year when Siddharth Anand's Pathaan did the same while also being the highest grossing Hindi movie of all time. Gadar 2 Box Office Week 2: Sunny Deol- Ameesha Patel’s Film Mints Rs 400 Crore in India.

Whether Gadar 2 manages to beat Pathaan into earning that ATG tag remains to be seen, but it is a fantastic feat to have earned Rs 400 crore within the matter of 12 days. Is the Sunny Deol-starrer the fastest to breach the mark? Or is that record safe with Shah Rukh Khan and his Pathaan? Or do the Hindi versions of Prabhas' Baahubali 2 and Yash's KGF Chapter 2 - the only other two Rs 400 crore grossers in Hindi - have a say in this matter?

Pathaan

Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham's YRF action thriller, directed by Siddharth Anand, earned Rs 400 Crore in just 11 days. So yeah, Pathaan is the winner in this aspect beating Gadar 2 by just a day!

Gadar 2

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel's film is the sequel of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha released in 2001. The film entered Rs 400 Crore club in just 12 days.
