Ganeshotsav is celebrated with great enthusiasm in Mumbai. The Bollywood celebs gear up for the festival with ganesh idols in their homes and celebrating it with pompous. Amongst them is Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The actor not only welcomed the ganesha idol at his place but also visited VPSG mandal and the picture was shared by BJP Mumbai president Ashish Shelar.

Shelar posted the picture with the caption, "Pleased 2 welcome @iamsrk at our Vandre Paschim Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal for darshan." SRK looked handsome as usual in a white shirt and stubble look.

Meanwhile, the dimpled Khan also welcomed bappa at his home and shared the picture of it on social media. However, unfortunately, he got trolled for celebrating a 'hindu' festival. The trolls questioned him about bringing home the idol and even claimed that he has lost some fans with this gesture. Actress Shabana Azmi, however, came out in support of SRK and slammed everyone who trolled King Khan for simply going by the tradition. While his fans too supported him, the mentality of the trolls was indeed shocking. SRK rightly chose not to respond to the trolls. Coming back to this picture, tell us your thoughts on the same.
