Zero is a big movie and it needs to get a solo release to have a wide release, and therefore, make the maximum impact on its opening weekend. So it is often advisable to have a solo release. See how Aamir Khan is getting one with his Thugs of Hindostan releasing on November 8. A couple of months back, Shah Rukh Khan's film was clashing with a Hindi film, a Marathi flick and a Hollywood film. Thanks to the problems involved in The Accidental Prime Minister, starring Anupam Kher, the Hindi movie might not make it to the release date. Even the Hollywood film, Alita Battle Angel, has been pushed to next year. The only biggie in Shah Rukh Khan's way happened to be Riteish Deshmukh's Marathi film Mauli. Shah Rukh Khan's Zero To Now Clash With Alita Battle Angel, Mauli and The Accidental Prime Minister on December 21; Should King Khan Be Worried?
Riteish is a big draw among Marathi audiences, and Mauli would have easily eaten into Zero's collections in Maharashtra, a big territory when it comes to box office. However, it looks like the clash has been avoided, going by Shah Rukh Khan's recent tweet to Riteish Deshmukh.
In his tweet, Shah Rukh Khan calls Riteish his 'chota bhai' and thanked him for the love, respect and largesse of heart that he has shown. He also wrote, "I am so happy to have ‘asked’ something of a friend who kept my self respect higher than his own need." Check out his tweet below -
@Riteishd jab chota bhai bahut bada ho jaata hai. Thank you baby for the love respect and largesse of heart you showed me today. Grateful. Touched. I am so happy to have ‘asked’ something of a friend who kept my self respect higher than his own need.

Riteish also tweeted back, saying -
I love you @iamsrk https://t.co/Acuea9V5Lq
— Riteish Deshmukh (@Riteishd) November 5, 2018
Even his wife, Genelia, pitched in with a loving message for SRK -
That is such a sweet msg @iamsrk ... I always thought he loved you more than me now I’m sure.. he he he.. We Love you.. https://t.co/HWaTghMFHA
— Genelia Deshmukh (@geneliad) November 5, 2018
We are sure that with all this love being spread around, that Mauli will not clash with Zero, which will release as per schedule on December 21. Watch this space to get the new release date for Riteish's Marathi film.
