Shah Rukh was trolled brutally on social media for posting a picture with himself, Gauri Khan and AbRam with Tilaks while wishing his fans a Happy Diwali. And this did not go down well with some people.
A lot of negativity comes when you are a huge star and are liked all over the world. And the same goes with our dearest King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan. While SRK might enjoy a massive fan following, so massive that we are talking all over the world and across continents, there is a huge con to the love he receives. As they say 'there will always be somebody who will try to pull you down', SRK too has no dearth of such a section of haters. And while trolling and social media hate is something that everyone in the entertainment business is immune to nowadays, it kinda crosses the line when religious beliefs are thrown into the mix of trolling, something that Shah Rukh Khan had to face recently. Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri and AbRam Wish Fans a Happy Diwali With This Weirdly Cute Pic!
Shah Rukh Khan paid the price for wishing his beloved fans 'A Happy Diwali 2019', with a picture of himself, wife Gauri Khan and some AbRam posing with Tilaks on their forehead. Shah Rukh was trolled brutally on social media with comments about how a Muslim had betrayed his religion by applying a tilak and other such mean comments, that we do not wish to highlight and give importance to.
Check Out SRK's Post Below:
And coming to his defence was the fierce and bold Shabana Azmi, who is known to have shut down a troll or two with some strong statements. Shabana put out a tweet in SRK's support and tweeted:
Shah Rukh Khan has incurred the wrath of some religious fools earlier too, when he was trolled for celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with as much fervour as he does Eid. Do these trolls need to be told that Gauri is Hindu and that SRK has never really let his and his wife's different religions get in the way of bringing up his kids, and his entire family celebrated all festivals with equal zest and enthusiasm?
