On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in the Aanand L Rai directed film, Zero. The movie was met with a lukewarm response by the audience and the critics. Following the unsatisfactory reception of the film, the actor opted out of the Rakesh Sharma biopic, Salute (also known as Saare Jahan Se Acha). As per reports, the actor was also sceptical of appearing on the sixth season of Koffee with Karan 6 owing to the same reason. Shah Rukh Khan's production venture, Badla, an adaptation of the film, The Invisible Guest, featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, will open in theatres in March. The actor is yet to announce the next project that he will star in. Looking forward.
