Hell broke loose when the makers of Sooraj Pancholi and Isabella Kaif starrer Time to Dance announced the remake of “O O Jaane Jana”. The cult Salman Khan song from Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya has been gone in the remake machinery and we’re not quite sure about the final product. 2017, 2018 (and now 2019) has been all about remaking the popular songs like "Humma Humma", "Chamma Chamma", "Tamma Tamma", "Ek Do Teen", "Mungda" and the list is endless. However, it is just not audience who is frustrated with the trend but also singer, Shaan. Not Just Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif But Sooraj Pancholi and Isabelle Will Also Feature in O O Jaane Jaana Song Remake.

The "Behti Hawa Sa" singer recently popped the most important question regarding this unwelcome trend and we bet it’s the voice from your head as well. In a chat with Indian Express, Shaan shared his opinion about the musicians opting for recreating the evergreen musical pieces of Bollywood.

He said, “Think music companies are up to something and there is something more to it. They are changing the copyrights of the original songs and giving credit to those who have not composed the song. But, clearly, they can’t be so obsessed with recreations especially when people are not liking them. Why are they still doing it?"

Well, isn’t this the most relevant question of the time? For instance, the song album of Kartik Aaryan-Kriti Sanon starrer Luka Chuppi already consists four rehashes. Whatever happened to the zeal to create something new and fresh or is the audience easily taken for granted now? We totally need an answer to what Shaan has asked!
