Salute: Fatima Sana Shaikh Likely to be Roped in Shah Rukh Khan Starrer Rakesh Sharma Biopic?

One of the most ambitious films of this year is the biopic on Indian astronaut, Rakesh Sharma. Tentatively titled as Salute (or Saare Jahan Se Achha), the film has Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, however, there is still no sign of the female lead. Now, according to the recent reports in Bollywood Hungama, the filmmakers are considering Thugs of Hindostan actress, Fatima Sana Shaikh for them as one of the leads. However, knowing her acting prowess, the makers of are deciding to rope her in this space drama. Earlier, she had expressed her desire to work with King Khan and how she is 'dying' to work with him. She earlier told the same entertainment portal, “It was the first time I got to know he had a wife while working on One 2 Ka 4. I cried a lot. My heart broke and I wondered ‘How come he has a wife?’ For you, first love is first love. I don’t care whatever it may be.
