The first teaser of Salman Khan's next film, Bharat, was released on January 25, just a day before Republic Day in India. The timing could not have been better. The timing and the excitement for the film have worked out in its favour, and Bharat has already added a feather to its capt. Bharat teaser was the most watched YouTube video in the past 24 hours. Well, of course, we have to mention that no other big video released on YouTube yesterday. But the fact still remains, that Salman Khan's Bharat was the most watched teaser yesterday. Bharat has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, who has worked with Salman on Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai before. Katrina Kaif stars as the female lead in the film. Disha Patani, Tabu and Jackie Shroff appear in supporting roles. The first teaser shows us no glimpse of these actors in the film but puts its entire focus on Salman Khan. The actor's fans are certainly not complaining.

Bharat teaser shows us Salman in multiple avatars. We see him as a miner. We see him as an officer in the Navy uniform. We also see him as an old man. And of course, as a stuntman in a circus. Bharat is going to be a spectacle.

Salman and Katrina have shot for Bharat in Abu Dhabi, Malta, Punjab amongst other countries. The movie is an official adaptation of the Korean film, Ode to My Father. Bharat is scheduled to release this Eid.
