Salman Khan and Arijit Singh's public fall- out has once again emerged in the news. The actor and the singer went at loggerheads after Arijit Singh allegedly insulted the superstar at an award ceremony. Even though the singing sensation was quick enough to issue a public apology, it was too late! Since this argument, Salman made sure that Singh did not get any song in his movie and same happened with his song in Welcome To New York film. Salman has a special song with Sonakshi Sinha is this multi- starrer film and according to the latest media reports, the song has been passed swiftly to Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

Meanwhile, singer and political figure Babul Supriyo has asked for a ban on Pakistani singers. He demanded that the makers should replace Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's voice with Arijit's in Salman- Sonakshi's song in Welcome To New York.

Indian Express quoted Supriyo saying, "Atif as an artist sounds great in ‘Dil diya gallan” and Rahat is a great singer too. But it’s important to clarify that our problem is not with the artists Atif or Rahat, but with their Pakistani nationality. It’s not a political stand but probably the families who have lost their sons, brothers, fathers would feel a lot better should the entire country show solidarity in any manner possible.”

This is not the first time that Salman Khan's song was offered to someone else. Earlier, Arijit had already sung a track for the film 'Sultan'. However, after this public row, the song was not included in the album and instead was offered to Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.  Also, there were reports that Arijit was approached for Tiger Zinda Hai's 'Dil Diyan Gallan' which was again passed on to Atif Aslam.
