Two big news was ruling the headlines for the past one week in the national media. One of the big news was about the tragedy that struck Kerala in the form of floods that claimed the lives of more than 350 people in the state and left many stranded and homeless. The other was the passing away of the BJP leader and the former PM of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. But Salman Khan looked to have gotten the news just recently.
So after five days of Vajpayee's passing away, Salman Khan had tweeted a condolence message for the leader, and soon after he also tweeted his empathy for the victims of the Kerala flood tragedy. Salman Khan is currently shooting for Bharat in Malta, and he must have been quite busy to engage in social media. Though, he surely has been tweeting about Dus Ka Dum and videos from the sets of Bharat.
Anyway, here are his tweets on Vajpayee's demise and the Kerala tragedy -
Truly a sad feeing to have lost a great leader, noble politician, orator and an exceptional human being like Atal ji .

Still deeply saddened by the calamity that has hit Kerala, my heart goes out to all who have suffered a loss and very happy to hear all the souls who have gone back to help out the victims.

A lesson for Kapil Sharma
It's good that he tweets only after he turns sober! @KapilSharmaK9 should learn from him. https://t.co/pXbrYvs5k9

But like they say der aaye par durust Aaye! Salman at least didn't wait for a week to wish his fans Eid Mubarak though, thankfully! Let's hope that he and his Being Human campaign are doing their best to help out people in Kerala with the relief campaign!
