Salman Khan Drops a Hint That Debutantes Pranutan Bahl, Zaheer Iqbal-Starrer Notebook Can Be a Remake of THIS American Film

Touted to be the "The most beautiful love story", Salman Khan released the first poster look of Notebook today. However, from what can be predicted from Bhaijaan’s tweet, the story reminds us of the 2006 release American drama film The Lake House.

Salman Khan has been the mentor and Godfather to many superstars in the glowing B-town industry. Talking about being the mentor, Salman is currently launching debutantes Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal in Notebook. Touted to be the "The most beautiful love story", the first poster look of Notebook was released today. Notebook stars Zaheer and Pranutan have their roots in Bollywood. While Zaheer is the son of Iqbal Ratnasi, an old acquaintance of Salman, the latter is the daughter of Mohnish Bahl and granddaughter of the legendary actress Nutan.

Salman who has previously launched fresh faces like Sooraj Pancholi, Daisy Shah, Sonakshi Sinha, Athiya Shetty, Warina Haussain and his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, shared the first poster look of Notebook on his social media handle. The Race 3 actor also hints about what can be predicted of the storyline. “Bina mile kabhi pyaar ho sakta hai? Introducing @PranutanBahl & @iamzahero in this unique love story directed by @nitinrkakkar #Notebook, releasing 29th March 2019, trailer out on 17th Feb. @SKFilmsOfficial @Cine1Studios @MuradKhetani @ashwinvarde @TSeries,” he tweeted.

Now, this reminds us of The Lake House. The story centers on an architect living in 2004 and a doctor living in 2006. Salman Khan Films is producing the film along with Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde of Cine1 Studios. It is directed by Nitin Kakkar. Other details related to the films are still under wraps.

Remake or no-remake, Salman Khan fans are eyeing for the fresh faces and the “The most beautiful love story".
