Saif Ali Khan knows how to own a moment and savour it too. The 49-year old is known for his charm as indeed with his words. The naughty glint his words are laced with is absolutely unmissable. Saif is playing a wild and wanton uber cool city stud who is not ready to settle down, even when he has gone past his prime in the upcoming film Jawaani Jaaneman. So when Saif was quizzed playfully about his 'avatar' in the film and was asked would he in real life go clubbing with his toddler son Taimur, the actor gave a rather funny answer.
Saif didn't leave his chance to be playful and naughty. He remarked "Taimur and I often go to the same club and we often like the same girl but then I pick him up and send him home. Ibrahim is a bit taller than me so I don't know if I can do that." Saif feels that he is too 'mature' for pubs now, added, "I'll leave girls and pubs to Ibrahim and will probably stay at home & read to Taimur, I am an old man now just pretending to be cool." Even upon asked if in real life he fears losing youth or getting old, the Agent Vinod actor gave a rather interesting answer. "Mujhe jawani dhalne ka darr nahi lagta hai, kyunki jawani kab ki dhal gayi thi yaar. In fact, I don't have these issues. I never thought about it either. I think if you are young at heart, you feel good. I don't even really want yo be very young. I mean, I don't want to be olddd...but I am happy. I am very clear about things in life," chuckled Saif. " People often tell me to dress a certain way or get a particular haircut to look younger, but I am at ease. Till the time I get work. When the time is right, I will retire. I really like this Hindu idea or philosophy where your life is divided into these segments and you should do things appropriate in that segment. There's a time when you should make money. There's a time when you should relax. There's a time for everything in life. When I get older, I will find new things to do. I have no issue when it comes getting old. I look forward to it," he said.
