Saif Ali Khan Starrer Tantrik Is Now Titled Bhoot Police; To Be Directed By Pawan Kriplani

Saif Ali Khan has a raft of projects coming up and one of them is Taantrik. The actor, who is currently busy working on Sacred Games 2, Taanaji and Hunter, will start shooting for the film sometime soon, we guess. However, sharing an update about the movie, Saif revealed that Tantrik now has a new name. As quoted to Mumbai Mirror, the actor has revealed that Tantrik is now Bhoot Police. The film is "a horror- comedy with Fox Star Studios," as told by Saif. He didn't share any more details about the movie, since there has been a lot of speculation about the cast. Fatima Sana Shaikh to Romance Saif Ali Khan in Tantrik?

As per a Bollywood Hungama, the Sacred Games actor was approached by Fox Star Studios to star in Tantrik after Abhishek Bachchan refused to give his nod. Though there were a couple of negotiations that happened between Saif and the production house, the project is finally ready to move ahead and Fatima is the latest name to come on board.

Directed by Pawan Kriplani, the film might also star Fatima Sana Shaikh opposite Saif. There have been rumours doing the rounds that the actress has been offered the project and is keen on signing it. However, no official confirmations have been made as of yet. Saif Ali Khan and Sara Are NOT a Part of Love Aaj Kal 2.

Coming back to Saif, he was also asked if the sequels to Go Goa Gone and Love Aaj Kal are in the making. To which he replied saying, "I’d love to do Go Goa Gone 2, but I think there’s an issue with the rights. Imtiaz (Ali) is making Love Aaj Kal 2, I’m happy to sell my stake and not be a part of the film. It’s a business deal."
