Sacred Games: Here's When You Can Start Watching Saif Ali Khan's First Netflix Series

Saif Ali Khan will make his foray into the digital medium with his first Netflix show, Sacred Games. The mini series is based on the best-selling novel by the same name, written by Vikram Chandra. Apart from the Saif Ali Khan, the series will also have Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte in important roles. The show is overlooked by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, and is produced by their production house Phantom Films in association with Netflix.
Earlier we had seen the first look of the main stars in the series. Saif Ali Khan returned to his turbaned look, last seen in Love Aaj Kal, to play the cop Sartaj Singh. Nawazuddin Siddiqui's look as the powerful criminal lord Gaitonde was also revealed, and so was Radhika Apte's yet unspecified female lead.
Now in a little teaser video, Netflix has announced that Sacred Games will start airing on their streaming service from July 26. Here's the video,

The series focuses on Sartaj Singh, a seasoned and cynical Bombay police officer, summoned by an anonymous tip one morning, a voice which promises him an opportunity to capture the powerful Ganesh Gaitonde, criminal overlord of the G-Company. As the stakes mount and Sartaj seeks knowledge of his prey, it becomes clear that the game the two players thought they were engaged in is, in fact, part of a much larger scenario, one that expands beyond their city.”
