Rishi Kapoor’s Wish to see Ranbir Kapoor’s Kids is What Every Indian Father Dreams!

Rishi Kapoor is always known to be straightforward with his comments and opinions. The actor has also never shied away from opening-up about his personal life. His relationship with son Ranbir Kapoor has always been a talking point in the industry, thanks to the awkwardness between them. The senior Kapoor honestly maintained that he was never close to the Sanju actor since childhood. However, now the grandfather in him has awakened and wants to make up for all the loss. In a recent interview to Mumbai Mirror, he said how he wants Ranbir Kapoor to get married so that he can have his grandchildren and make it up to him!

The tabloid quoted the 102 Not Out actor saying, “I’m a loving father now but there was a time when my son and I didn’t get along because I was so busy. I’ve never given my son the liberty of being on back-slapping terms with me. There was this invisible glass pane between us… It’s like history repeating itself as it seems almost like my equation with my father. Now, I want Ranbir to get married, have some kids, so I can be a grandfather and make up for everything there."

On the other hand, the 65-year-old actor is beaming with pride after receiving messages and calls, appreciating Ranbir’s performance in Sanju teaser. The handsome icon looks exactly like Sanjay Dutt in the biopic of the latter and his father is just happy with his career graph. Well, we hope that Junior Kapoor gives in to his dad’s wish and gets married asap!
