Initially the Kapoors didn’t mention on why he went to the US but after filmmaker Rahul Rawali posted on Facebook, the “RISHI KAPOOR (CHINTU) is CANCER FREE!!!!”, all the speculations were cleared. As Rishi Kapoor was getting treated, there were numerous Bollywood celebs who paid him a visit. And the ones who visited him recently were Riteish Deshmukh and his wife Genelia Deshmukh and Anupam Kher. Kapoor has shared a picture of their gathering and has also thanked them for spending time with him. In an interview to Mirror Rishi Kapoor speaking about his return to Mumbai was quoted saying, “Yes, I am trying to return by August-end, depending on what the doctors at the hospital say. I have recovered well and I am feeling good. Must be 100% fit by the time I am back.” Not only the Kapoor khandaan, but each and every B-town member would be happy to see Rishi Kapoor back home!
