Rishi Kapoor Says Wife Neetu Kapoor Has Been a Rock in His Battle with Cancer

Rishi Kapoor will soon be returning to India post his treatment for cancer in New York. The actor and his wife Neetu Kapoor have been in the US since September 2018. But over the past few weeks, the couple, his family and friends who visited him have maintained that Rishi is doing much better. In a recent interview with Times Now, the actor praises his wife for her support.  "She has been a rock of Gibraltar, really really supported me without her I wouldn't be getting anywhere," he said. Neetu has been updating the fans about Rishi by posting his pic on Instagram routinely. In the same interview, Neetu said, "It's like I told you he became like my child and I wanted to do everything in my power that he should not be in pain, he should get whatever he wants." We are eagerly looking forward to seeing Rishi at the Mumbai airport, arriving in the city. Earlier, in an interview to Mirror Rishi Kapoor speaking about his return to Mumbai was quoted saying, “Yes, I am trying to return by August-end, depending on what the doctors at the hospital say. I have recovered well and I am feeling good. Must be 100% fit by the time I am back.”

Just the other day, Neetu and Rishi enjoyed a meal together with celebrity chef Vikas Khanna. A couple of days back, Rishi stepped out for a hair cut in a salon in the city. He also attended Anupam Kher's book launch with Neetu, a few days back.
