An FIR had been filed against Raveena Tandon for shooting inside a temple in Odisha. As per a report in PTI, the authorities of Sri Lingaraj Temple are the ones who have filed the report. The authorities claim that Raveena Tandon was shooting for an ad inside the temple without necessary permission. This came into light after a video came out that has Raveena Tandon offering beauty tip inside the temple premises. The video was reportedly taken on a mobile phone.

The authorities have alleged in the report that she was shooting in the ‘No Camera Zone’ inside the premises of the 11th century and ASI protected lord Shiva shrine. Speaking to PTI,  Rajiv Lochan Parida, the management-in-charge of the temple administration, said, “The temple administration has filed a complaint against Raveena Tandon at Lingaraj Police Station for shooting an advertisement film in the no camera zone.” Parida alleged that this is a clear violation of security norms while also claiming that only servitors are allowed to carry mobile phones inside the temple.

However, while police accepted that the report has been filed against the actress, they also said that they will not be taking any action against Tandon. An official statement from the Police Commissioner Of Bhubaneswar read, "During Shivaratri many gathered inside Lingaraj Temple. They were seen taking photo & videos. In this case, though we have received a complaint from temple administration, we can't take any action against  Raveena Tandon or anybody else."

We will have to watch and see how the temple trustees will react to see this statement, and whether they will seek help from other authorities.
