The actor performed in front of the live audiences at Attari-Wagah border, Amritsar to ring in this special occasion. Joining him were other Bollywood stars like Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan and Yami Gautam. The Wagah border ceremony, which is a daily routine is quite famous with the tourists, who visit Attari that's just 3 km away from Indo-Pak border. Varun is currently shooting for Remo D'Souza's ABCD 3 in Amritsar and it was a good opportunity for him to play a homage on this Republic Day. He performed along with the dance group V.Unbeatable.
