We have all heard of Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone being close rivals in Bollywood. The reasons are quite many - from their race to being number one among the actresses when it comes to the box office, to the fact that Katrina was dating Ranbir Kapoor, who used to go out with Deepika Padukone. As far as the dating game goes now, Katrina is no longer in a relationship with Kapoor scion while Deepika has just married the love of her life, Ranveer Singh (while she still remains good friends with Ranbir). And what better occasion to do this than at the wedding reception of Deepika? Deepika and Ranveer are having two receptions in the city, on November 26 and December 1. The December 1 reception is reportedly a star-studded affair where their Bollywood colleagues have been invited. And as per a report in SpotBoye.com, Katrina Kaif has got one too. Though it is not Deepika, who extended the invitation, but her always affable beau Ranveer! A source close to the development told the website, "Katrina received the invitation four days ago and she is gearing up to attend the event. She has discussed this with Salman Khan and if all goes well, she will walk in to the party with the superstar and (Bharat) director Ali Abbas Zafar. She is looking forward to the bash. Interestingly, Katrina had recently expressed her happiness for Deepika and Ranveer when she came on Karan Johar's chat show Koffee With Karan 6. She, however, also added that while she wants to attend their reception, she might not get an invite. Katrina said, "I'm really excited about all these weddings. I want to wear nice clothes and go to attend. I might not be invited for any but that's a separate thing. But in my mind, I'm looking forward to an invitation."
