Ranveer Singh Bhavnani aka Madboy of Bollywood never fails to shock everyone with his vibrant personality. Guess what, he has not developed this cool demeanour post becoming an actor but always was one cool, kickass charming man. Yes, we know adjectives game will always be strong when one is talking about Ranveer Singh. Coming back to his latest stunt, the 32-year-old posted a picture of himself, most likely from his pre-teen days sporting a Mohawk style haircut. At first, this picture would remind you of legendary Brazilian footballer Ronaldo who had sported a super-ugly haircut during 1994 World Cup but looking a little carefully, you will see it is Mohawk haircut.
While this photograph has shocked quite too many celebs from film industry including his superstar girlfriend, Deepika, we feel the opposite. Especially, the caption will fill your heart with love, joy and a lot of approval. It reads: ‘Avant Garde Since 1985.’ Yes, there is no doubt Ranveer is an Avant-Garde (avant-gardes are people or works that are experimental, radical, or unorthodox with respect to art, culture, or society, says Wikipedia) and this picture only proves he has been for a long time now. It is not difficult to see why we are enamoured of Ranveer Singh’s charm. The man has all of the industry and fans in love with his naughty pranks, full of life attitude and energetic self. Just read what his friends and colleagues from B-town reacted to his throwback pic. Beginning with Ranveer’s close buddy and actor Arjun Kapoor, he writes, “Sakht Laundo ka Ustaad”. In fact, the Namaste London posted another comment writing, “Mr T!!! I pity the fool!!” Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and music director Amaal Mallik did not hesitate to call the Padmaavat actor to be resembling Gulshan Grover, famous for portraying villainous roles.
However, amidst a lot of reaction and comments, the best one came from Ranveer’s girlfriend, Deepika Padukone. The superstar actress who never fails to indulge in PDA on Instagram, from writing ‘mine’ to posting heart-eyes emojis on her boyfriend’s posts was clearly in shock, actually horrified to see Ranveer’s throwback picture. She writes, “Noooooooooo,” yes, not just a simple ‘No’ but this was written in true Shanti Priya style from her debut movie Om Shanti Om, and we cannot stop ourselves from bursting into laughter. You two continue to be this sweet together, always.
