On the work front, Deepika recently received wide applause after releasing the first look of her upcoming biopic Chhapaak, which is based on the real-life story of an acid-attack survivor Laxmi. Helmed by Meghna Gulzar, the movie also stars Vikrant Massey in the lead role. Ranveer, on the other hand, has been giving back-to-back hits with Simmba and Gully Boy. The actor is currently gearing up for the Kapil Dev biopic ’93. Kabir Khan’s directorial venture is based on the iconic victory of Indian Cricket Team at the 1983 Cricket World Cup.
