What's so special about the last three days of this week that three big movies in Bollywood have gone on floors? Is it the 2.0 effect? Not sure, but we are quite happy about these interesting films have taken to production and we will be able to watch them soon, with our fave superstars. And intriguingly, two of them has Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist. Two of these films have already begun shoot from November 30, while the third one will begin its shoot from tomorrow! Kareena Kapoor Khan and Akshay Kumar Starrer Good News Goes on Floors Today – Read Karan Johar’s Tweet.

Let's first talk about Good News. A family entertainer that is produced by Karan Johar under his Dharma Productions, Good News features an ensemble cast that is spearheaded by Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. Diljit and Kiara have begun the shoot of the film from November 30, the 'Good News' which Karan Johar shared on his Twitter timeline.

Now to talk about historical pieces! Ashutosh Gowariker has already begun the pre-production of his upcoming battle saga, Panipat, but the principal photography of the film has begun today. Based on the third Battle of Panipat, the movie stars Arjun Kapoor as Sadashiv Rao Bhau, Sanjay Dutt as Ahmad Shah Abdali and Kriti Sanon as Parvati Bai. Arjun Kapoor is Hiding His Face These Days and You Can Blame Panipat For That!

And finally, there is Shamshera, another film that has Sanjay Dutt as the villain in this dacoit drama. To compete with him is Ranbir Kapoor, who interestingly played Dutt in the latter's biopic. Shamshera, produced by Yash Raj Films, is directed by Karan Malhotra of Agneepath fame and will release on July 31, 2020. Vaani Kapoor is the female lead. The shoot for the film will begin on December 1.
